Tuesday Sector Laggards: Oil & Gas Exploration & Production, Shipping Stocks

In trading on Tuesday, oil & gas exploration & production shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 3.3%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of Midstates Petroleum Company (MPO), off about 12.3% and shares of Paragon Offshore (PGN) down about 11.8% on the day.
